Lismore Heritage Park Railway
The 7 1/4″ (184mm) Gauge Miniature Railway
is located in Heritage Park Lismore.

Saturday / Sunday – 10:30am – 4pm
Thursday / Public Holidays 10am – 2pm
School Holiday Operating Hours are:
Tuesday to Friday – 10am to 2pm

Weather Permitting
Heritage Park Railway was established in November 1995. It is a 7 1/4″ Gauge Miniature Railway located in the centre of town in Lismore. You can ride the train on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday as well as every day of the school holidays. Unfortunately we don’t run on a Monday.
You can have a wonderful day out with the family with free BBQs available and plenty of play equipment for children of all ages.

Nimbin
Nimbin is approximately 33 minutes drive (or 31.1km) from Lismore if you travel via the Nimbin Rd.
It’s tucked away in the hills west of Byron Bay and was once a dairying village set in lush farmland and forest.
It is now known around the world as the most famous hippy destination and alternative lifestyle capital in Australia.

Places to visit and travel from Lismore
Looking across the Nimbin landscape. Nimbin is home to incredible rainforests, organic and natural lifestyle.
Evans Head is 44.7 km south east of Lismore. Beautiful beaches and incredible wildlife.
Lennox Head is a seaside village in the Northern Rivers region of NSW. The coast stretches between Byron Bay & Ballina. It is approximately 38km from Lismore
Looking out towards the Minyon Falls at the Nightcap National Park. You can use the walking track leading through the rainforest to a scenic waterfall.
